I gained weight Rapidly.. and need to lose it FAST!!!? - how fast does a 120 spring shoot with .25 bbs

OK, so my body thorugh some changes in October .. and have increased since then as CRAZY !!!.. I was 120 pounds and up to 154 .. I'm only 14 and 5'3 .... was very difficult for me to absorb. so i havent gone anywhere in a while .. I accepted the weight in my hips thieghs weapons stomahc-back-I got love handles .. and even worse, they have the burden on my cheeks .. and all notices SEMM .. and comment!
I started a gym and tried to eat healthy .. But their work is not only ... I need to lose at least 20-30 over a period of 1-2 months to be fit and slim for spring and summer of normal ... what doi do?

To start, try this;

* Eat only three meals per day
