How can i lose my big stomach without exercise? - smoked ham shoulder

m years 45 years on male.i '5 '10 "and weighs approximately 315 pounds. I'm not big on my hip down, and I'm not big on my shoulders.
I just had a stomach area the size of many of my friends.
I tried the gym for a year, but did not really want and do not, I lose my stomach.
I can honestly say that I am much less active than it had in my 30's & 20's.
I do not eat. Probably eating at the wrong time of day, etc. .... for breakfast usually eat 2-3 cups of cereal (flakes of ice cream) for lunch, I eat 2 sandwiches (May Miracle Whip, smoked turkey or ham, American cheese, sliced white bread) for dinner is different sometimes I eat chicken, pasta or beef.
I cut all the lemonade and iced tea. I only drink water or crystal light (without sugar).
Sometimes I like to eat eggs (omelets) friction. I hate exersize. I have an underground pool, so try to swim a lot, and if my knee does not bother me, I'll try a little walk.
If I have time I try to take my lonGBOARD made for surfing.

On the field, one can not reduce fat in one part of the body such as the stomach. Lose belly fat, you lose fat all over.

In short, you may need to get started:

1) Eating healthier, this means:

Make meals more
Eat more meals a day
Fome
Eat more fruits and vegetables
More water
Less sugar and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, biscuits)
Go to the full version of the bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice

2) Exercise:

My uncle is a body builder, I think the easiest thing to do is to eat healthier, smaller meals. Your stomach expands more than eating, so we're still hungry after. The less you eat, instead of the stomach contracts. Therefore, you should not eat much for your appetite.

I just want to excersise. You do not even know 2 excersise 4 a while. Maybe like every day for 10-15 minutes would be enough. If you keep that up then youu should be good.
