Who can you file a complaint against an electric company with? - electric file

I think my Electric Company is not charging more than I can with the invoices for the months to "between" month. I called customer service and demanded an explanation from my account and say, send them, but they never do. To make matters worse, the representatives of the customer service seems to be protected by your supervisor. Nobody will give me a name or employee ID to call if you. Many people have the same problem in my area. Who can I contact?

Take a look at the bills and comparing the readings of the meter. This could be the power company payroll every two weeks. The meter reading on the bills must be consistent and is probably the easiest way to check.

By the way, if you are in the United States can, your state have an agency called the Office of Public Utilities (BPU), or something that is the place to complain if you do not get the satisfaction of the electricity company.
