Try tinted moisturizer with light reflecting particles. I do not know the name, but I Loreal couldnt do it because it is too bright.
The best would be a use of eye shadow in a bright silver color in the specific areas that you a shiny, ie, cheeks, forehead and chin, eyebrows and nose.
Another thing you can try some clear lip gloss or lip balm or Vaseline to.
Or you could try vaseline on top of the shade. Just to play with these things until you get to achieve the look that you try.
