Baby Plum Cake
C. 2 Self-rising flour
2 C sugar
1 C. oil
1 / 4 tsp. Nutmeg
1 C. chopped walnuts
3 eggs
1 / 4 tsp. Allspice
1 / 2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 bottles of plum tapioca (baby food)
Flour, sugar and spices in a large bowl. Oil, eggs and spices. Mix well. Beat about 3 minutes, add the nuts. Spray Bundt pan with Pam. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
Glaze:
1 C. powdered sugar
A little milk
Everything until smooth. Pour over top of cold cake.
